Photoshoot Policy

Weather conditions Photoshoots take place outdoors and therefore depend on weather conditions. In case of heavy rain, storms, or other conditions that make the photoshoot unsafe or impossible, the session may be rescheduled to another suitable time depending on availability. Cancellations & refunds Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, as the time slot is reserved exclusively for you. If you experience unexpected circumstances, please contact me and I will do my best to help find a suitable solution where possible. Punctuality Please arrive on time at the agreed meeting location. Late arrival may reduce the available shooting time, as other bookings may follow. Clothing & preparation Please wear clothing that you feel comfortable in and that you would enjoy seeing in the photos. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. It can also be helpful to bring a small bag to store phones, wallets, and keys so your pockets remain empty during the photoshoot. Personal belongings Participants remain responsible for their own belongings during the photoshoot. The photographer cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items. Public locations Photoshoots take place in public locations such as parks and city streets. While I try to avoid crowds, complete privacy cannot always be guaranteed. Photo usage Photos delivered to clients are intended for personal use only. Commercial use of the photos is not permitted without prior written permission. Photographer portfolio use The photographer reserves the right to use selected photos for portfolio, website, and social media, unless the client requests otherwise before the photoshoot. Route & locations The route and exact photo locations may vary depending on weather conditions, visitor traffic, and other circumstances.
